My target 122 kms

And now it begins

So I’ve decided to make a massive commitment to walk 122km in March (basically 4km a day) for the 122,000 Australians homeless on the streets each night. This is being coordinated by Orange Sky Australia, who I have supported for many years now.

I know that you know what a HUGE effort this will be as I’m still rehabbing my body from years of injuries (averaging 3 gym sessions a week) and still live with chronic pain but this means a lot to me and it will be great to have a positive focus. I will be very much supported by my rehab guy, Dan at Scope Sports Injury & Exercise Clinic 😊

If you are able to throw a few dollars my way, I’m hoping to raise at least $1000, it’s ambitious, but so is walking outside of the gym, something I’ve not done consistently since 2018 and my first injury.

If you believe in me, I can make this happen for 122,000 people doing it rough.

Right now, there are 122,000 Australians experiencing homelessness. That's 1 in 210 people.

This March, I will be taking part in Walk the Walk and going the distance for the 122,000 people doing it tough in our community.

I'm walking to raise funds for Orange Sky's vital work providing connection through clean laundry, warm showers, and genuine conversation.
